Frequently Asked Questions for Afternoon Tea Delivery

Do you offer Gluten free options?

We are able to offer gluten free bread, fruit scones and carrot cake. Simply add this to the ‘Anything else we should know’ field on the booking form.

Do you offer Vegetarian options?

We are able to offer vegetarian selections, which you’ll be able to make on the booking form.

Do you offer Vegan options?

Unfortunately we cannot cater for this with our delivery options.

Can I order a High Tea for One?

Unfortunately we can’t typically offer High Tea For One.

Do you offer a Children’s High Tea?

We do and this can be booked as an add on option when ordering an adult’s High Tea.

Can I place an order as a gift to send to someone at a different address?

Yes and many of our customers do. Within the booking form there is also the option to add a message :)
Alternatively, you can select the Gift Certificate page, which will enable the recipient to select how they would like their afternoon tea and when they would like it delivered.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the Fareham, Portsmouth and Southampton areas, typically up to 20 miles from the store (PO16 0EH for reference).

We generally cover the following post codes:

PO1, PO2, PO3, PO4, PO5, PO6, PO7, PO8, PO9, PO10, PO11, PO12, PO13, PO14, PO15, PO16, PO17.

SO14, SO15, SO16, SO17, SO18, SO19, SO30, SO31, SO32, SO50, SO51, SO52, SO53.

Can I order and have delivery the same day?

It may be possible if there is a slot available using our scheduling tool, however it may be easiest to use UberEats here for a quick turnaround, as this will use their team.
